A man got shot and killed in Braamfontein during a wits strike protest

A man got shot and killed by the Police during a student protest. Students have being striking and protesting against financial funding exclusive. On the 10 April 2021 in the morning Police went around Braamfontein with rubber bullets shooting. A source says the man was walking out of the clinic, in the opposite direction where the students where protesting when the police started shooting the rubber bullets at him a source says the man approached the police and asked why he was being shot but they continued with the shooting. Deepest condolences to the man's family may his soul RIP
